Install and run Android apps on your PC. Have you ever wanted to use WhatsApp on your PC or play mobile games on your desktop? YouWave is a program that simulates the Android operating system on your computer.

What are you doing? (Function () {(‘View-Application-Page-Desktop’);});

Like BlueStacks App Player or Andy OS, YouWave lets you try Android apps and games on your PC in a way that lets you see exactly how they look and play on your Android phone.

YouWave does not support the latest version of Android KitKat, but it does offer the Android Android Ice Cream Sandwich app in its original version. Includes SD card features (folder sharing between PC and virtual machine), online multiplayer support, dynamic spin buttons and volume.

Installing applications with YouWave

By default, YouWave contains built-in Android apps like music, settings, browser and more.

Installing applications can be done through Google Play (which must be installed before you begin) or by downloading and installing APKs. The process of doing this is not as easy as it could be, and is certainly more complicated than in BlueStacks.

The YouWave interface looks very old-fashioned and the control panel is a bit cumbersome to design.

Is it worth?

On a practical level, despite minor stability issues, YouWave works well. It allows external applications to download and simulate very well in the Android phone interface, although some applications may not work well, especially if they are designed for newer versions of the Android operating system.
